LOL...nothing rings those church bells like cold hard cash. They'll sell a bunch of them to believers hungry for anything to make them keep believing. And then these same people will turn around and be the ones yelling the loudest about how these books victimize christians.

I don't think they were published for the flock at all, just to spread 'popular christianity' around to whomever might chance upon it.
Most appropriate for levelling wonky tables....not much else.
