I don't know if you can technically call it yogurt, but you can ferment the rice milk.

Yogurt is fermented milk which acidifies the milk. The acidity also help coagulate the protiens, hence a gel like consistency in yogurt.

Rice milk has very low protien so you won't get coagulation. Just a watery, tangy brew.

However, it worth a try to see what you get.

Same as any yoghurt. You'll need to innoculate the rice milk with yoghurt culture.

Set out the yoghurt to come to room temp.
Warm the rice milk. Place in a sealable container.
Add 1 large spoon of the yoghurt to up to 2 cups of the rice milk.
Allow to sit undisturbed in a warm place (oven, if you have a pilot light) for 12-24 hrs.

You can eat it after 12 hours, but longer tastes better.

rinse the rice with water then let the rice sit in the water for over night...then you mix(blend) with milk and yoplait(strawberry)...
