how do i get rid of those little small bumps on my face?

Do you cleanse your face with something that will really clean your pores? If not, I suggest you get something mild and try that. Use a lot of good warm water too. Putting a very warm wash cloth up against your skin to draw whatever is in your pores out may help too.

along with something that cleans and soothes the skin do hot rag theropy the hot water will open up your pores and all the puss will come out on its own instead of popping them which could leave scars
