As an atheist, I know that if we did sign a truce we would keep to that truce. However, Christians throughout history have proven how dishonest they are, so they would sign the truce and wait till our backs are turned and start blasting away. Christians can not be trusted, in fact no religion out of that area can be trusted, Christianity, Judaism, Islam. All are religions that are for lying and cheating.

To have a truce, one must be at war. Personally Ive never told an athiest or anyone they were going to hell. I don't have that right. I'm guilty so i don't throw stones. For the sake of ... Truce

That's not a truce, that's a stalemate. The US and USSR both having 200 nuclear weapons pointed at each other's capital is hardly peace is it?
A truce is agreeing to disagree, and leaving each other alone - getting rid of those nuclear weapons.

Truces indicate that their is a war going on. I am not at war with you. I only choose to pray for your well being and your deliverance unto the Most High. I do not condemn nor judge. I am not God. I am His servant.

There can be no truce in truth. Either something is or it is not. The debate will continue until one side is proven right.

Might as well advocate that because it will be like that here every day. However it is also possible to establish reasonable dialog for the purpose of learning and understanding if you try to ignore the rabid ones in both (and other ) camps.

It's hard to have a truce with people that want to see you run out of the country because you don't believe in their cult delusions.

I would never condemn anybody outright like that. Atheists can feel free to keep making such vain arguments and I can keep providing answers and evidence to the contrary. I just want all the insults to stop because they're pointless; I know I myself have been guilty of being a bit brash in choice of words when I've felt the sting of an injured pride because of my choice in faith and another's decision to simply ridicule me for it. But, how do you keep from getting frustrated when someone or someones purpose appears to be nothing less than debasing your ideas, particularly when their statements are rife with obscenity, derogatory terms, and lack any kind of helpful information whatsoever? I have atheist friends offline, which is why it makes me so angry to see some online that are so mean and not decent enough to actually engage in constructive conversation like my friends and I do on occasion. I'd like a truce, but how do I know you won't stab me in the back once I let my guard down?

Sure, as soon as they take human from ape evolution out of schools and allow kids to pray and stop denying the Holy Ghost which is real. . . then there will be a truce.
Edit: FYI when disaster happens and there is a need for money, it's the Christian community NOT the atheist that PAY OUT.

Im an atheist...but you need to grow a thicker skin there Will Robinson.
The only religionists we really need care about, are not the ones who just THINK we are going to hell, its the ones who believe we are going to hell, and also believe that Allah has called them to hasten our arrival.
