Very heavy___fried eggs, fried tomatoes, a pancake, a slice of bread, a slice of roast with cheese and some sardines with orange juice i like that in breakfast on weekend. Don't try that at home, i have a hard day of yard work ahead.

today i had green tea toasted rye bread with thin spread peanutbutter a layer of chopped dates and parmasan cheese
following with a large glass of orange juice and 1 mashed bananna this will keep ne till 2 or 3 pm
