Please Help!! Exception Question Exception occurred while trying to Run ""C/Windows/system32/gzmrt.dll"Start"

Does anyone know what this means? I get this message when I start up my computer

What you have is a trojan horse virus.

1. Get the latest updates for you anti virus program and follow first link shown below.

2. No Anti Virus or a bad anti virus program? Highly recommend going to AVG and downloading AVG Internet Security Suite 7.5 0 day trial version (link 2) . Download program, do nit install. Uninstall your anti virus program. Reboot, Install AVG, allow to get it's updates than follow first link.

3. DO NOT RUN SYSTEM RESTORE

Your computer is infected by spyware, you need to clean it to remove these in order.
