You are totally screwed.
Once something is bleached it stays bleached. Ammonia (bleach) works like an acid and leaches all colour out of a garment.
Either you confess or
stuff it in the dirty clothes hamper, hope your mum doesn't notice the mistake until its been through the washer and thinks she did it,
or buy a new one then confess as you give it to her.

Ohhhh............. sorry but theres no way to get bleach out. Its bleached the colour out now so its permenant. All you can do if its plain red is go and get a cold water dye from the shops (Dylon are good) and re-dye the whole top (I see its dark blue as well - red wont affect the blue). Or, wash it and hang it back in her room and deny all knowledge of it. Good luck. xxxxxxxxx

There's no way of fixing it. I would just let her know that you borrowed it and didn't ask and now it's ruined. You'll have to do some major butt kissing, but it's better to tell the truth than to lie or hide it.

Sorry, but I dont think you can fix it. Not only did you remove the color, but after a few washes, the area where the bleach hit became weaker and will begin to tear.

no you cant. you have to tell her the truth.
offer to lend her a top or something of yours to make up and aploogise.
or buy her some chocolate or something to say sorry im sure things like this happen to all sisters.

there's no way to save a garment from a bleach incident,
sorry.
better you own up to it & do it soon
apologise, save up & replace your sisters top.
honesty is always the best policy.

There's nothing at all that you can do about this - apart from own up & face the music!
