I hear Mayweather is a runner this and that. Well, only a fool would stand still and take unneccessary punches, right? I mean if you was in the ring would you let a guy pound you. Okay, Arthur Gatti was a crowd favorite but he took too many shots and gee i wonder what had happened to him. Boxing isn't all about knockouts. If you wanna see brawls go to the trailer park or projects and you will see them everyday!

There is clearly a divide when it comes to boxing fans. Some enjoy violence, some enjoy sport. But when it comes down to crowd pleasing boxers and scientific boxers, the latter usually wins.

Listen, nobody that's a serious boxing fan has a doubt about Mayweathers skills. He's the best pure boxer I have seen since Ray Leonard. It's his image and his mouth That piss me off. He puts on a front to get under his apponents skin and draw attention to himself. Well it works, but it gets under some fans skin as well. Combine this with a style thats not very exciting to the average fan, and he's going to be unpopular with alot of people.
I appreciate the mans talent, I just think he's a jerk.
