I'm new to MACs and I can't get my photoshop disc of my microsoft office disc to load up the installer.

Everytime I click on one of the setup files I get the message:

"there is no default application specified to open...."

It's driving me mad!

HELP!

P.S I've been told I can use these on a MAC

Hi, I think u r trying to install the Windows version of these softwares on to OS X. You have to buy the OS X version of this software again and then install it onto ur Mac.

I just read some of ur extra detail. Are u sure its for both OS X and Windows on one cd. The latest version of Microsoft Office for OS X is 2004. The installation or setup file should be a .dmg file, if it is .exe then its for Windows only.

In OS X for installing stuff u just drag that programs icon into the folder u want to install and it gets installed. If u want to remove a program u just drag the main program icon to the trash and the program gets un installed.

Please reply with more information.
I hope I helped.
Good Luck and take care!

Most of the Newest Versions of Adobe require the software Key Code for you to unlock the software to be able to use it.
Don,
Most that I am aware of do have both versions for either PC or Mac on the Install disc, but you still need the Key Code.
