Your cat is stressing from all the other cats in "his" territory.I had a desexed male cat like that once.I took him to the vet in sheer frustration and he prescribed a tablet like a antidepressant.I cant quite remember the name, but it worked a treat.I am not sure about the bi sexual bit.

peeing everywhere!? yuk!! cats need an immaculately clean litter tray as they are naturally clean animals otherwise they will do their business in what they consider as 'clean places', however your sisters place cant be looking or smelling too clean at the moment with all that pee e'where! i would suggest a litter tray placed away from its food in an 'always' accessable place. i line mine with a few sheets of newspaper, pour on a good inch and half of cat litter (I LIKE SAINSBURY'S BASICS) and use nappy bags and a poop scoop to lift out their 'dirty business' as soon as possible. i empty it every 24- 36ish hours, wipe it clean with an anti-bacterial wipe. As for it being bi,has it been neutered? you might find that will help also x

Has he been doctored? If not, this could be the problem.
If he has been doctored then perhaps other cats are coming into the house. You can buy special cleaning fluid to remove the smell of his urine, otherwise he will keep replenishing the same spots over and over again. If you clean with ordinary household cleaner, the smell is still there for the sensitive nose of your cat.

Does it matter is he is bisexual??

You could be right. If your sister's cat, goes around and "sprays" his sent on the walls, and stuff, he may be telling the other cats on your street that this is his tourf. About him being Bi-sexual you should Contact your local Vet.

How does that even come close to being bisexual???? He's a male cat who is sexually adult enough to be marking territory.

He's obviously not neutered--get him an appointment with the vet and do it or the spraying will be a permanent behavior thing you won't be able to stop.

If your cat is trying it on with another male cat it's not sexual it's to show domination, our cat used to try it with the dog too.
same with the furniture spraying, getting them fixed fixes the problem, it changes the pecking order, they have nothing to prove after that.

Any issues getting catnip spray merely purchase any low-fee cat toy with catnip in and open it up and placed it the place suits. you may flow it while she stops wetting and fretting, and flow it out of your mum's way, we had catnip carpet on partitions bedposts and previous rugs everywhere as quickly as we moved now our moggy in uncomplicated terms has one tied to the the main suitable option of bannister and an previous rug in her room (spare room). If the cat wees on a wall or scratches at wallpaper a sq. of previous carpet lined in catnip on that spot will help get scent away and u can flow the carpet while catty calms down pin it with drawing pins and it wont mark the wall! in case you dont have spare carpet u can get carpet pattern tiles at any carpet save! If there has been transformations at present all your mum ought to do is consistently reassure moggy that each physique is unquestionably and its nevertheless important.

Hi Megan...if your sister's cat has not been neutered most likely he may be urine spraying--territorial marking. Having them neutered will resolve this. Please see: http://www.peteducation.com:80/article.cfm?cls=1&cat=1310&articleid=174

If he is neutered he may have a lower urinary tract disorder (UTI) which requires immediate medical attention. This can become life-threatening within a very short period of time. See http://www.peteducation.com:80/article.cfm?cls=1&cat=1372&articleid=214
