A Good song is "For Good" from the Musical Wicked which is a Duet. Or "What is this feeling" from the same show
You could do "The Prayer" by Andrea Bocceli and Celine Dion...But i have heard that done by two females and it does not sound as good, in my opinion, as a male and female as it was meant for.
What type of song are you looking for? Charachter Duets with a Musical Theatre feel. Or something more mainstream like the Duets you hear on the radio.

You and your friend can do that, but most of the time you guys won't be singing at the same time.
