Yes, VERY embarrassed.
Not all of us deny science.
---EDIT but apparently all that do are on at 8 in the morning. However, just to let you know, I have NEVER heard anyone say this except on Answers. I think it is a "Christian Science" thing, which is very little of both.

I don't get embarrassed, because I do believe in a Prehistoric time, It is really in the bible if people will study for themselves, But I do disagree that my brothers & sisters co-existed with dinosaurs, Those so call brothers & sisters you mention were cavemen & cave woman, They were not a son or daughter of God & neither did they have a soul, Now does this sound strange to you to hear this from a person that has been a Christain for over 37 yrs. You see, I study the bible, Gen.9:1 God told Noah to REPLINISH the earth or to fill it up AGAIN, & Gen.1:28 God told Adam to REPLINISH the earth & fill it up AGAIN, Can't people see a picture here, or do you just want to follow grandma & grandpaw.

Do you have proof they didn't?
There's a huge problem these days with scientific dating of ancient artifacts in that the classic means of dating these relics (Carbon 14, radioactive isotopes, etc) have been proven inaccurate. And yesterday on Yahoo, there was a news story yesterday about how some divers found some 1,000 year old fossils, which further calls the dating system into account.
So, wait a minute...
1,000 year old fossils? Don't fossils have to sit for millions of years to turn into rock? Not so. Fossils happen for a variety of reasons, not just time. Enormous amounts of pressure (like the water weight of a global flood) can fossilize remains. Therefore, there is significant evidence to lead one to believe that it was possible for man to exist at the same time as animals we consider prehistoric.
Don't be so quick to dismiss this possibility.

Actually I don't one bit. To be honest I have not research enough to know whether mankind and T-Rex's ever shared the same existance time. I some how do not think so. But I have not researched it.

The religious of all varieties of faiths have faith all varieties of wierd issues. Roman Catholics are meant to have faith that the wine and wafer are easily the literal physique and blood of Jesus, so taking communion is fairly an act of formality cannibalism. in case you attempt to inform this to them, maximum of them get very offended, yet that's what it fairly is. "Transubstantiation" is the call for this meant transformation. this is not any longer actual of direction and is fairly meant to be symbolic, yet time has a fashion of distorting the unique message.

Yes. I get very embarrassed when people who claim to be Christians post questions which demonstrate that they have not seriously engaged with the theory of evolution. I am a Christian.

I'm often embarrassed by my shortcomings as well as those of other believers. Not for my sake, but for God's, I hate it when I'm a poor testimony.

beautiful safaris they did in those marvelous times -- limited offer, regulation hunting of T-rexes in the area, twenty golden pieces and five wives for the three arrows and a pathfinder.
