Let's say the following factors:

1. The woman is 25 yo. Her parents are 5 years apart (father is older). Her paternal grandparents are 11 years apart (still man is the older one) and her maternal grandparents are of the same age.

2. The man is a 38yo foreigner. He is decent to the woman and he is absolutely not maniac.

3. The couple love each other.

So what makes me curious that, is it okay for an older man to date a woman younger by 13 (or more) years?

I see no problem with it. You're both adults enjoying being with each other.

I don't think the women who don't like men dating younger women are the same women that date older men. * (Not so fun) Fun Fact: Girls with sexual abuse in their past often times end up with crummy men that don't love them and only want sex. They crave validation from men long after their abuse has passed. The only way they feel good about themselves is if there's a guy. Also, these women end up completely vulnerable to men of bad intention, and that's who they end up with. Then they'll get pregnant, the man will leave and the mother will bring home more screwed up boyfriends and then the child will have a crummy childhood. Anyway, the point is that a lot of girls who date men that are significantly older do it because that's all they've ever known, they may have been sexually molested by an uncle, father, or any other male figure in their lives.

Age doesn't matter as long as both of you are in love with each other. No matter what the surrounding people will say, don't care as they won't be living with you if you'll get married to this man. People gonna object it or give some rude comments but it's always on the first days. When both of you get married, they will stop the gossip.
*My niece has a husband which is very old than our eldest brother. At first, we were hesitant as the age gap is very long & how could this man will call my brother "Dad"? Even to me I told him not to call me "Aunt", instead to call my name only without the word of respect as aunt. But they are living happily and with a beautiful daughter and the people around them shows respect to this man and the whole family.

anythings ok if they love eachother..... I have a friend in highschool going out with a 29 yo guy.....NOoooww everyone thinks she's weird... but guys in their late 20's early thirties, still look young, you don't even notice you like someone that much older. and mostly girls are attracted to that because they're more matture... still childish, but know more on life.. it's not wrong... but if you're still a teenager it can be seen as really dumb.. but they don't feel the way you do about that person, so what do others know right? real love can't be people with people their age.. as if your soul mate was born around the same year as you right?

Unless the other party is underage, relative to your local laws, there is NOTHING wrong with dating or loving someone younger or older than you. Regardless of what prudes tell you.

Its actually better for the Man to be older in a relationship.
So I think you should try it, but if its not what you want, go back to dating guys your own age.

If you are both on the same level or the same page and don't let the age difference interfere with your relationship then it shouldn't be a problem...
