She is fine... she is at a stage in her life where she doesn't want to turn loose of her childhood things and yet wants to become a teenager...also how long has she been your step sister? This could have a bearing on it too. She is still adjusting especially having two brothers now. Girls are just different then boys believe me...they look at things differently!

hey,
i'm 13 and i stopped wtaching tweenies at 7 years old, she is way to old to be watching that now and playing dressing up games. It sounds as though she wants to stay one of the young ones to get attention from her parents so she always has the limelight. Either that or she is a little handy-capped. It is seriously not normal trust me, girls of 13 are grabbing as much independance as possjible, goin out with lads, mates, not dressin up and watchin tv programs aimed for 5 year olds. if any girl of her age was doing that in our school.. omg it doesn't bear thinking about :O. poor kid.

I don't think it's anything to worry about, every kid is different... although she is a little old for tweenies!

wow! well, that does sound rough, but don't hit her...that would just make things worse and then everyone would be mad at YOU. Wait, be calm...ya'll should talk things out because there is obviously something bothering her, so she should get the chance to tell you rather than acting it out...and punishing you like that for something you don't know you did..i don't think it will solve anything..it certainly doesn't sound like it. so just wait untill everyone gets to talk it out...things will get better!

well i know i was never like that and i don't know any other girls that were. I wouldn't worry she''ll grow out of it. If you are worried just talk to her about it.
