There are yellow blisters all over my scalp from sunburn and I can't wash my hair because it's too painful. How can I help my scalp ?

I had this about a year ago, when i went to the ocean, and had my hair in pig tails/braids. it burned, and looked like the way you described it. Aloe gel. Don't pull your hair up tight, and finger brush it. dont use a real brush or comb. it hurts really bad

Put a cold gel pack on your head to relieve the pain.

Take a couple of aspirin to help relieve the pain from the inside.

mix vitamin e oil and some clear aloe gel and put in on ur scalp...my son had sunburn that bad and this is what we did to help it...it sped up healing time and he didnt scar either.
