traffic violation, follwoing too closely and driving with a suspended license.The person has been in for 4odays now.
Is it 45days or ninety days.

Most places it is until you come to trial. If found guilty, you can be credited with the jail time, on your prison sentence.

Until the court date regardless of the time. Now it can't be 6 months or anything but if the court date is within 90 days...... they can hold a person.

For these two things the bail shouldn't really be that much.

I'm not sure, but I'm going through GA in week, so I hope they can hold that person for at least 30 days. I don't want that accident waiting to happen on the road while I'm driving through.

You wont know until they appear in court. Depends on what else they have done they could be held as long as LWOP. Life without parole.
