Can it be frozen? Will it keep in Refrigerator for a month?
Any ideas greatly appreciated.

It depends on the ingredients you used to make it. Marshmallow fudge won't keep well in the freezer as it becomes chewy and disgusting after a short period of time. Cooked fudge using sugar and basic ingredients stores EXTREMELY WELL in the freezer, so long as it is covered properly. I would suggest using a plastic container with layers of wax paper and then a tightly secured lid. This way, you can pick out the fudge pieces without them sticking together.

If you freeze it, moisture will develop as it thaws...nasty.

The sugar in the fudge will preserve it naturally for 2 months easily - wrap it in foil and keep in a dry place.

It can be kept refrigerated for quite a long time. We have never kept it for a month, but a couple of weeks, and it was still good.

A MONTH?!? Never had any last that long :) I keep mine in a airtight container in the fridge. Lasts maybe a week, and not because it goes bad...

I prefer to preserve it by eating it and storing it as body fat.
