Try rinsing with really warm salt water. Do this several times a day. If in a couple of days it doesn't clear up then you need to get to your dentist.
Also be sure to brush your teeth (not the gums) after every meal. Get a travel tooth brush for when you aren't at home.
This sounds like a common gum infection, however if it doesn't clear up it could be thrush which requires antibiotics.

Ignore all of the alarmist "go to the hospital" answers.
It sounds like either small mouth ulcers or an allergy of some sort.
Nothing to be overly worried about if it goes away in a few days or so.

Hi there, they sound like mouth ulcers, like tiny sores??
Best thing for them is to get some teething gel, that will numb them, then rinse your mouth out with warm salty water every hour. It will sting like hell, but it will clear them up fast.
You usually get mouth ulcers from a dirty toothbrush or having a metal object in your mouth, spoons etc.

pyorhea, aka trenchmouth. it's an infection and you need to see a dentist for meds.
go, because you can lose all your teeth or develop blood poisoning if it isn't treated.
meantime, try rinsing your mouth out with peroxide a few times a day.
