I am still amazed at ...
The people that still don't get this fact...
The heart and soul of a person is what is beauty...
Not how or where they live....
Not what there family or friends do.....
Not what they look like.....
Or how much they weigh...
There words are not a sign of intelegance....
I have meet many educated idiots....
Their choices are just lesons to be learned...
Their trials are strength builders...
A person that still has compasion....
After being treated badly or used....
Is beautiful....
A person that still loves...
After having there heart ripped out ...
Is beautiful....
A person that has lost everything.....
And can still offer to help others ....
And give of themself...
Is beautiful......
A person who's life has fallen apart...
For what ever reason....
Be it choices they made....
Or things that are beond their control....
If they stand back up and face the world ...
They are beautiful...

thank you all....I have to say I wroet this in july of this year on my 360... alain m you are right it is very simular to the other one posted in sept... I did not coppy anyone it was just random thoughts going through my head... I will not be picking the best answer on this one I'm leaving it up o the voters... that will make it interesting..

Frankly speaking, not the appearance that makes a person beautiful but the inner self, or the very core of his own self. In other word, yes! I agree the thoughts you have presented. For i believe, it the heart or the soul of the person that gives beauty to his being. Physical beauty is just passing what is lasting is the inner beauty. So, if a person knows how to be humble, or knows how to accept humiliation, or has a capacity to smile even in his or her downfall situation; it is then that we can consider him as full of beauty. For beauty or shall we say "beautiful" is centered on the heart, on attitudes and on the soul. Therefore, as for me, I absolutely agree of these thoughts.

Yes for the light hearted, but after realization of all the underlined motives of people that are created by an unforgiving society, it becomes easy to understand the lie that laid before that was seen as truth, was only a lie.

I agree that beauty really comes from within. It is more about how you treat others and how graceful you handle the down side of life. This type of beauty makes it tolerable to life in the world........Not the superficial kind.

If you read " The invitation" by oriah Dreamer, she said almost exactly the same. You can find it easily on the internet. Her poem was a bestselling book in the end.

Beautiful words! For me (and many Christians) the ability to get back up is by knowing we have a Savior that forgives us our sins and strengthens us to go on in spite of our many failings. "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." (Phil. 4:13)
We are all going to get old, bald, fat, wrinkled etc......Pick someone with inner beauty for a spouse, it is the kind that lasts!

I however am far more interested in your avatar.. What program did you use to shrink the original image so Yahoo's program would accept the pixel count as an Avatar? I know what program I used several months ago to do it :)
