to be fair, I haven't seen your other questions...but I mean if you have access to the internet there are like a million websites designed to help you improve your english (not just for non native speakers) so it's all well and good saying you didn't have a good education (I didn't either you know, I went through the british school system which was pretty terrible looking back) but that is no reason why you don't improve yourself now. Many people aren't interested in education when they are younger but in this day and age it doesn't mean that it's too late.
What makes people "good" in my eyes, is a willingness to look at what they are bad at and to work hard to imrove it. Moaning and blaming your circumstances doesn't.

If you post questions or answers on this page you can expect to be insulted by one side or the other - probably both. But that is part of the fun.
I don't think that I am a good person. I am a Christian because I believe that this will help me be more God-like than I would otherwise be.
Having a good education gave me great opportunities in life but I still use the spell checker - wish it was British English and not American English - and I check the grammar - possibly not very well - before I post.

I bag on people for grammatical errors sometimes. I usually only do this in combination with other insults that for whatever reason I feel inclined to deliver. I take the same. Education is an ongoing process and I give higher regard to the depth of thought rather than the level of good grammar. Abraham Lincoln was dirt poor yet he managed to educate himself quite nicely. Don't be concerned with formal education. Read and study subjects that interest you. You can specialize in any given subject or just obtain a broad range of knowledge on several subjects.

Some people believe that bad grammar and bad spelling are signs of the devil dear :-)
Did you try the mysterious "Check Spelling" button that you can see above the rectangle where you type your text ?
One of the splendid thing about internet is that you can also use it as an education tool for no additional expenses.
When communicating in writing, it does make things much clearer if you use the tools available to proof read what you write dear.
Oh and yes, I am a Good person even though I did not get the education I was hoping for...

It's best not to take these comments too seriously, including those from seeming 'supporters' that say nasty things about others.
Remember that all any of us know about you is the question or answer we see, we none of us know YOU, the individual person with all your special and unique qualities.
Sometimes it's easy to forget that there is a human being on the other end of our comments, especially when we get enthusiastic and write with excitement!
And of course, sometimes people have themselves had a bad day or are feeling upset about something, and use this medium to let off some steam.
It can be hurtful if you let it, but you can choose to simply feel sympathetic to people who belittle you ~ imagine what their lives must be if the best they can do is take pot shots at strangers on the internet!
Having said all that, you can also choose to improve your grammar and spelling. Not so you 'look better', but so your writing is easier for others to understand.
A few spelling and grammar mistakes are not worth worrying about, but you will be better understood if you can write more confidently.
Best wishes :-)

Anyone can pick up a novel at a used bookstore for 50 cents and read. You're online, aren't you? You can't study spelling and grammar online?
There's also a spell checking option here.
If other people find your spelling and grammar poor, they're going to say so, or they may just be prospective employers who file your resume under "G" and don't bother to tell you why you didn't get the interview. The truth is that poor spelling and grammar reflect poorly on you, and will cause people to make assumptions regarding your intelligence and the merits of your questions and answers. I am not saying that this is fair, but that is the way it is.

Don't take it so hard.Grammar and spellings make our communication clear and effective and can be learn t by anybody like we learn thousands of things without ever going to any school or a college. It's in our own interest that are able to tell people what exactly we mean and thus make a better job of our inter action with others,As for people who insult and criticize, they shall do it for any reason what so ever and must be ignored.

no, having a good education does not make everyone a good person. it doesn't even make them all smart, look at Bush he was ivy league educated.
the bad spelling on some questions does make them hard to understand though, which means those people won't necessarily get the best answer since people don't understand what they're asking. your spelling seems fine, btw.

well grammer is not my best subject ,,never was ,, and as for education,,most of what is taught is never used ,, i mean really when would you use ,,,find the distance going to point a to point b and how long will it take to get to point c?
point a is gas station,,point b is mall,, c is home,,,but everything depends on how many nuts are driving ahead of you on the road ,,right? no poor spelling does not define a person,,,but it does give a clue about the person pointing out mistakes,,

Are we talking about grammar on the net or in the offline world. Because honestly, if it's on the net - then it kind of matters. We're limited to communicating with you in only ONE way. no body language, or tone or speed of voice, or anything. if we dont know what you mean in your comments or questions then it's difficulty and confusion for everyone. It doesn't have to be perfect at all, just decently close.
as far as it making someone a good person - not at all.
and am I a good person? no.
