Not all believers are followers of Christ(christians). Satan and his followers believe and know the truth, does this make his crew a religious group?

No you don't need to believe in order to practice religion or to belong to religious organizations.
There are many many many non Christian religious organizations, I don't know why you are mentioning Satan's?
But sure, why not? What's your point?
There is a Church of Satan but I don't believe they are "followers" of any deity/spirit/god/goddess in particular, especially not the Satan most people think of when they hear the term.
As long as you do something on a regular basis it could be considered religious in the broadest sense of the word. So yes, there are Atheist and Agnostics who belong to churches, attend services, participate in rituals, share common beliefs and engage in community service.
Some join progressive churches like the United Church Of Christ. some belong to the more traditional Unitarian Universalist (many of our founding fathers were Unitarians)
Anyway what I am trying to say is that Christians don't have a monopoly on religion.

I wish to inform you that not all 'believers' are followers of either 'Christ' or 'Satan.' Even if your religion tells you that.

This is why non-religious people often have much more knowledge of the world's religion/s than those actually practicing a religion. Whereas a Christians (or a Muslim) has to believe that people either worship their 'God', or are either mislead by or worship the 'devil' or 'satan'. So 'believers' is a very narrow concept for them.

A religion is one of the many concepts which are based on a belief system.Coming back to your question,Yes,a religion is for believers. The same would apply for followers of Satan, even if it's called by any other name other than a religion.

There is more than one religion; Christianity isn't the only one. If we were not believers in our alternate religions, we wouldn't be believers, would we?

If someone chooses Satanism, then yes, I think they consider that a religion, also.
