Global Travel International Agency asked me to deposit the 750 pounds at their account.
The details of the account is
Halifax Bank PLC, Trinity road west yorkshire.
I am confused about it and want to confirm from the Home office or UK police help desk.
Can any one tell me how should i go and check about it.

Well for a start it sounds like a horrible case of fraud. Don't even bother trying to confirm these things simple go to your local police station, tell them all the details that you know & let them deal with it, I would also contact your bank explain the situation & ask if there are any special measures that they can apply to your bank accounts & c/c's just in case these people already have your details & were hoping that you would confirm they had all the right numbers so they can rip you off.
Please in future just use your common sense, if you get emails saying some wealthy millionaire wants to give you tons of cash to look after or an international investor wants to give you the opportunity of a lifetime & just needs your acc no & sort code, just stop & think......don't groan now but.......If it sounds too good or too zany to be true the chances are it's not.

In the UK, it's illegal to charge someone money for a job, so this is a scam. I'd reccommend you report it to the police.
