That was never GOD'S intention. Satan attacks us, because GOD loves us.
GOD created us all with a soul and a personality, some of us Satan can control and some turn to GOD for help.

We are the ones that allow Satan to attack us.
God gave his son to us to believe in and Jesus defeated Satan.If we accept the truths Jesus taught then the Devil has been defeated to us.The word of God tells us that if we be followers of that which is good who shall harm us.
Also rebuke the devil and he shall flee,draw nigh unto God and he will draw nigh unto you.
God isn't going to take charge of a situation when he already gave us the power to do something about it in believing in his son.
If you aren't being taught this through your church,pastor or teacher then your not being taught the truth.
