I think i need my joints oiled.

Dem bones dem bones dem dry bones!....... Look out that was not an answer quick before it is spotted. My answer is yes sometimes but i have taken cod liver oil caps for years.

Yes , it does , especially who walks less and hardly does any exercise.........and the person is 30+(if he/she is a female.....and males do get this a little later).
You can oil your joints with little extra pressure with your thumb, upward and downward / and in circular motion(with your palms) as well.Make it a prcatice to do it twice a day.....once, in the morning and again in the evening after dinner.

That's pretty creepy. Crepitus & crackles are signs of unhealthy bones, you might be losing a lot synovial fluid. Consult your doctor about it.
