No, as least for now. The highest is 80 gb, but you can always buy a 120 gb laptop SATA hard drive and just put it into the PS3.
IF Sony should release a 120 gb, it will probably be 500 bucks. 500 bucks seems to be the barrier on how much people are willing to spend on a video game console. The lower it is, the better.

You can buy any PS3, buy 2.5" 120GB HDD (SATA 5400RPM), install it. There you go - 120GB PS3.

no there is no 120gb for it 80gb is good enuff and the 80gb is the highest it go's.
