Yes:

- It's better to pray in her home unless there is a befit she cannot attain in her home, like learning about Islam and memorizing Qur'an with the help of a Shaykhah, etc.

- She shouldn't go during her menses.

- She shouldn't go if there is a fear of fitnah.

-She shouldn't go if it affects her duty toward her family and house.

-She shouldn't bring her babies if she knows they can cry and ruin the prayers.

- in case there is no barrier, the women rows should fill from back to front (unlike men) with the children between them and men. & should leave once the prayer finishes.

- If the imam makes a mistake, they don't make tasbih like men, but hit the left hand by the right one.

- She should dress the proper hijab.

- She shouldn't put perfumes.

well all i know is if it doesn't effect your family needs it OK to go.i go to a mosque here in USA and its amazing . it has a special floor for the women with kids and there's rooms for babysitting.i don't see women talking much they do when they leave the mosque. they even have a big flat screen TV to see the imam and we do follow his praying.the only problem i see is the cellphones.(once in a jomaa while praying a cellphone rang from the men side and it was a song of libsit ajmal tanora) when the sala was done the imam asked for those with cellphones to close them before coming into the mosque.

confident she would be in a position to pass to the masjid.. she is only exempt from prayers by potential of the grace and mercy of God.. she would be in a position to assert very own duahs (very own prayers) to herself is she needs, only not the 5 mandatory prayers..

Adding to what Kimo has said ; women should not talk while they are in the masjid unnecessarily. because its a woman's nature to talk and start gossiping so they better avoid it in the masjid. And its always better to offer your prayer at home~!
