When you layer the lasagna, you must alternate the layers.
Place a little sauce on the bottom, then place your first layer
length wise, than add your fillings, the second layer should
go across width-wise...using a kitchen scissor, cut the excess off to fit, add your filling and a little sauce...then keep repeating this process.
This makes a stronger holding lasagna. Also, set a timer for 10 minutes before you cut into it. Always keep a gravy pitcher filled with hot sauce on the table for the people who like extra sauce.

Use a flat egg flip.
Cut into a square in 4 separate cuts.
Use egg lifter to scoop underneath and gently slide onto plate.

Let the lasagna sit before you cut it. We generally let it rest for twenty to thirty minutes after it comes out of the oven to avoid the problem you described.

you do need to let it sit for a while before cutting so it can all gel together ...just think what it does to your heart

Less sauce, more cheese, and let it sit for awhile when you take it out of the oven.
