That depends on how seriously this girl takes her faith. If she takes her faith seriously, she would find something lacking in a relationship that did not have anything to do with that faith.

I would think so, if there were feelings between the two. Many religions teach their youth to only date those of the same religion. The rule is that you marry who you date. So they want marriages to be with those of the same faith. But I've been married to a Catholic and I was Protestant. I am now divorced and have become Mormon and I'm in love with a wonderful man who is Catholic. If the person has no religion maybe he could learn a thing or two from the girl. Believe it or not Catholics and Jews have married. So there have been stranger things. Good luck.

uhmm, well i'm a catholic girl and i'm very religious. i still practice my religion and i believe that if two people have the same set of morals and values and faith that they will last longer. but that doesn't mean that i don't date guys who are atheist, actually, my 4 year ex bf was an atheist and we got along fine. its just harder because for us to marry, our partners would have to convert into catholicism. it's a lot of things to consider, but i would have a relationship with a person that doesn't have a religion, but as for a long term...or a marriage, it would be hard on me if he wasn't catholic.

i do no longer techniques if I date somebody who holds religious perspectives (i'm atheist or agnostic by some definitions). as long as they do no longer attempt to shove their perspectives down my throat and stay openminded to technological information and what it shows with regard to the actual international, then i'm involved in it! :-)
