Pease take your puppy to the nearest vet. You risk being reported to the RSPCA and at the moment they are on a campaign trail to prosecute anyone not careing for their pets. They especially target the disadvantaged and the elderly. The very worst thatcan happen is a jail sentence and not being allowed to have pets again.
Please, seek vetinary help....

Depending whether the shaking started after you got the pup or if she has always had this problem, you could start by gently messaging her neck and find out if she is in pain.

7 week puppies are usually well proportioned body wise with fat puppy bellies and a reasonably strong neck. What are you feeding her since you got her and what was she being fed before you adopted her?

You cannot put a puppy of 6 weeks straight onto regular food and it is wise to give her natural i.e. fresh ingredients to a milky diet. You can use porridge/oats which you boil and add fresh minced meats, finish this with a raw egg. Vary this with some parsley, sage and other fresh herbs. Use fresh fish and even add some milk and little butter.

Make sure to get some puppy powder milk from the pet shop. Unless you feed her properly, every few hours, put her on a puppy pad and gentle message her tummy to stimulate the wee as well as the rest of her body, to find out if there are any irregularities. Check her stool for any parasites or wriggly things. For this you can add crushed sunflower seeds, as she is too young for anything pharmaceutical at this stage.

Obviously if you have already done this as a pre-caution, and the problem doesn't go away, like the rest of the peanut gallery, you need to seek specialist help. Reality, she's been away from the mother possibly only a week and from the warm nest she shared with her siblings. Where does she sleep and are you staying with her? Is she warm? Unless you understand you are dealing with a baby that is probably terrified she has lost her biological Mum and you may have not provided adequate substitution comforts, it is natural that she is shaking like a scared, shivering twig. It is not the neck that is the problem, but the fact she may be lacking ordinary protection from a loving replacement human parent.

If you don't like touching her, use a towel that is clean and warm. Get a hot water bottle and make sure she is warm.

Well you do not provide enough detail here, so my only advice is take her to the vets. 7 weeks is very young, did you get her from someone else or is she one from your own litter? If she is from another source 7 weeks is way to early to be taken from her Mum, is she eating and drink, is she walking OK? all these need answering before I can give you an answer, so take her to the vets.

She doesn't sound healthy. Best to have her checked out be a vet. If you're lacking money, take her to the University and they will check her for free. They checked my bunny for free and gave me medicine for her. She's fine now. Hoppin n poopin, healthy as can be now.

take her straight to the vet. she shouldn't be doing this, especially at such a young age. she could be in pain or it could be shes got a virus etc.

or it could be something more serious, althought this is not so likely unless shes had a fall or something. if so it could be to do with nerve damage etc.
