hmmm, well, ask her how she feels about incest.

It means she doesn't care for you like you care for her. You can remain a friend and hope she eventually realizes you are a good choice. In the mean time find other things to do and you will find someone that likes you for you-as you deserve. She was actually kind enough to tell you the truth so that you could move on and not waste time so I don't think it was horrible at all. She must be pretty special and does like you as a friend or she would have let you hang. Just go out and make lots of friends and get very busy and the right one for you will come along.

I'm torn because I feel this way about my boyfriend, but I don't want to hurt him.
It means you've been acting like a brother, not a lover. She's not your roommate. Your last hope is to try to revive the spark. Do you remember what your relationship was like in the early stages?
Bring that back! The flirting, the trying to impress her, the dressing up... go on some romantic dates. Don't fall into the trap of cuddling by the tv all the time or disgusting her by farting in her presence or anything gross like that.
Try to save the guy stuff for the guys...

That is hard to hear. Usually it means that she thinks of you like a family member rather than a boyfriend. Meaning she doesn't have romantic feelings for you. Hopefully you can be friends, but you need to find the right girl that thinks of you as a "boyfriend" and not her brother.. Good luck.

You just can't force someone to change their feelings, so asking for a way to fix it is just ridiculous. Besides, sometimes a good friend is better than trying to get her to go out with you. I mean, sometimes good friends fall in love, right? So, take a chance and just be her friend and see where it goes.

There are two things that that could mean!
1. She's playing hard to get and wants u to try harder or
2. That's what it is, she only sees u as a friend!
But why not try asking her that's the only real way you will know the answer.

Oh no man. That's not good. You've been "good guy'd" Really, I think the only thing you can do is learn that girls don't respect good guys, and next time, hide it a little better. I'm not one to give advice though... I always end up as a 'friend' too... good luck!

You cant change anything.. She already loves you as a bro.. So just be a bro to her.. Be there for her when she needs you.. Once she finds out that all the other jerks were worthless and you were always there, she might notice you and who knows what might happen next.. ^_^

Tell her that she should not have used such a term just to "decline" you and tell her that you found her idea very filthy and it insults the brother-sister relationship.
Tell her she might be trying to make you feel guilty, but she should not have resorted to such a cheap tactic.
I personally hate such women who are not upfront!

There may be no chance to reverse it but I guess it is better than being just plain and simple friends. Unless, of course, she's into incest, that would just fantastic!
