give him water.....bread...see if he can throw anything up...if he gets worse and you are really scared, bring him to the nearest place for help!! also if you put him down to sleep, make sure he's on his side so that if he does throw up he doesn't choke on it (which can happen if someone who is drunk falls asleep on their back). he is just drunk!...drunk people lose their motor functions (ie: walking straight, talking properly etc.)
if your really scared then call 911....you shouldn't be sitting at the computer if your friend is in need of some help! 911...911...911!!!

I would say you call 911. If you are under aged then you deal with the consequences. He/she may or may not have alcohol poisoning but it's not worth waiting around to find out.

He may have alcohol poisoning, if you have any ipecac syrup make him take some and throw up. If things get worse call an ambulance or take him to a hospital. Whatever you do don't let him pass out on his back, make sure he is on his side (left side is the best) otherwise he may throw up while passed out and if he is on his back, he will suffocate. Best bet is to get him to a hospital. It may save his life.

You've got to call 911 or get him/her to the hospital as soon as possible. It's more serious than just being drunk. It has likely gotten to the point of alcohol poisoning and can even be fatal if your friend has had enough. Please get them medical help immediately..

Okay?!..... The best you can do is stand by his side, support him, and help him with this alcohol problem. Just be a friend. And if this continues he has to get help from a professional.

dont let him drink anymore... normally people loose motor functions when they get hammered. if he starts to vomit on himself and turns a funny color, call 911.

He's like in a stage 4 and stage 5 is death... I'd keep him on his side and try and get him to talk to you. Don't let him on his back.. if he pukes he will choke and die.. you should be able to tell how he is.. but I recommend taking him to the hospital
