Hey, I just got a mac and it came with iWork trial, it seems alright I was just wondering if it misses out on many features that office provides.

Thanks
Matt.

I don't know what you are doing with office, I mean some special tasks require MS office, but the free NeoOffice for Mac is a great totally free office that can open and save MS office stuff.

I use it, never felt the need to get another office.

On PC I use OpenOffice, which is essentially the same. Sun Microsystems and community programmers build it. It's not perfect, but it opens tons of stuff and is totally free and open source. It installs easily too.
