But from Thursday night, when i went into the room, i heard a sound that sounded very weird. And since that time it has always been in my ear. Its really irritating, i dig my ear, wash it and it dosen't stop.

When i listen to music , it goes away,

Tinnitus is ringing in the ears. What you want to do for what's going on with you, dude, is to talk with your doctor. Don't root around in your ears like your digging for potatoes or something. You could really hurt yourself. Yes, talk with the doc.
