Well, your record isn't clean, is it? You have 2 tickets now. You can't erase this one. Depending on the state you are in, you just may get the points back for the first one too. Some states, not all, do that to people that show they learned absolutely zilch, nada, nothing, zero, in traffic school.
In some states you can attend traffic school once a year, while in others it is 18 to 24 months before you can eliminate a new ticket with a new trip to traffic school. In some states, you aren't eligible for traffic school if you're ticketed for exceeding the speed limit by more than 15 or 20 miles per hour.

Sorry, not only will this one be on your record with no way to erase it if you are convicted, but the first one may also show up now.

When you were in court on the first one, chances are they allowed traffic school to keep it off your record PROVIDING you had no other convictions within a 6 month or year time frame. Since you got the second in 3 months, it doesn't look good. And the court is going to realize the first trip through traffic school obviously didn't do you much good.

Prepare to spend the next 3 years with higher rates on your insurance bill. Oh, and slow down.

Take the SMITH DRIVING COURSE.

It will teach you how to stay alert and to recognize the speeed limit signs!

Actually it is a defensive driving course that helps the driver be aware of their surroundings and hazards.

As others will no doubt point out here...use the right foot a little less, drive slower and be aware of the speed limits inyour area.

bypass lower back to the 1st line on your question. seems such as you get to p.c.. up the tab for the two tickets, now. seems such as you will possibly have found out your lesson. The decide will no longer be happy with you.
