In Tn if you are more than 4 years apart it is or if you are like 13 or younger. Your state should have a web site you can look at. I know things seem ruff at your house but are you sure that you want your baby to go live with him because by law you cant wich means you will only see your baby when you get a chance to. If you feel like your house is such a problem and your mom does not want your baby to live some where else you should talk to her and your dad. Tell them it is your decsion that they have been good to you and you love them but that you only want what you feel is best and that they should understand that. Maybe you all can set down and talk and try to work things out.

Depends on what state you live in...In Ga it is considered statutory rape if you are under the age of 16...I am sure there are circumstances..
I agree that the environment that you are in isn't healthy for the baby...
Here is a link that will tell you what age sex is considered legal:

Well, depends where you are. Its usually 14 years old and 4 years age difference then sixteen is anyone some places. Other places its eighteen anyone. So with 14 you should be safe. No, it was not rape. No, it was not stat rape. For him to get arrested that have to have evidence that he raped you and your ages have to be under the limits.

i think the best answer that you can get is from a lawyer but generally it is under 18...but since your bf is also a minor maybe, just maybe there are some rules or laws exemption re the statutory rape situation that you are in. why don't you also ask the dept. of social welfare office close to your place of residence to assist you in some of the problems that you are in right now especially with regards to the baby's health a pre-natal care that you badly need.

First off that law depends on the state for some it's 16 for some it's up to 18.Second beat your mother to it.Tell the cops your situation and ask them for advice as to what you should do,plus if she does call, the police will already know that she is lying and therefore can get her for making an unneccesary call.

It depends where you live. Maybe you should google it or something. We don't know where you live so we can't tell you.
