According to the Constitution of the Republic of Poland '[a]nyone whose Polish origin has been confirmed in accordance with statute may settle permanently in Poland'. What exactly does this mean? If I am descended from Poles who emigrated to the United States, am I still required to complete a five year residency in Poland?

Sorry, 'Fraginal', but you can't read. In case there are any other people having trouble with the simple English sentences I've used, here are some more details. Some of my ancestors emigrated from Poland. Not me. I've never been and I'm a United States citizen, which I have been from birth. So thanks for trying, again buddy, but you're way off.

Emigrating to the US means that you need not stay for five years in Poland because you already renouced your allegiance to it.
