30 yrs with IRS Collection Division, now retired. The IRS knows who I am and that I have copies EVEN NOW of actual case file wqrite ups. Maybe the IRS commissioner will come on here and he and I will have a little debate. Good nite and good luck.

If it is as you say, why have you not gone public on CNN or even Fox Noise with your allegations? Or blown the whistle with OMB? Or the TAO? Or are we just blowing a little smoke?

I don't think they are corrupt so much as incompetant. You know the old cliche. Those that can do and those that can't go to work for the IRS. I've seen people screwed so bad by the IRS and it seems as tho' they enjoy persecuting some people. I had one client that was requested to pay a previos owners 941 taxes. Rather than fight it-more expensive to hire the right people-she just paid it. A couple of years later there was the IRS requesting the same payment and saying the amount was still owed dispite the fact she had proof of payment. So she paid again just to get rid of them. A couple of years later the same thing again. Geez, that's terrible. I've also had IRS agents doing an audit that did not understand financial statements. That's very interesting too.

I wouldn't be surprised in the least. I already know about the FDA, USDA , the list goes on. I hadn't thought of the IRS until now.
