The holy ghost is a fictional device created by the authors of the bible to give their god a force on earth. Weak plot device if you ask me.

God's Spirit

All living things have a spirit. God is no different. He is the LIVING GOD. The Holy Ghost, however, is a personage of spirit, not yet having a physical body. He is the third member of the Godhead. The Holy Ghost is the means whereby we are able to gain a testimony of God, the Eternal Father and Jesus Christ whom God, the Eternal Father sent. Three separate entities, not three in one except in purpose, judgment and justice. The three members of the Highest and final Court.

The word 'need' is not a good one to use when talking about the nature of God. It makes God appear 'needy' when He is God and not needy.

This is what Jesus said about the Holy Spirit:

John 4
24 "God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth."

I want you to see something here; the Christians who are supportive of talking about the trinity are right. This kind of thing will tie you into knots because whatever the 'Trinity' is, it defies description except that there are many places in the Bible like the one I showed you which talk about God as being something, yet being one. I have showed you just one example of this "trinity" idea. In the bible, there are many more.

The Trinity was not just a made up concept, but was an attempt to describe the nature of God revealed in the Bible.

If you REALLY REALLY want to understand this trinity thing, without me showing you a lot of endless words from a plethora of sites, then -mail me, and I will show you what I have found about the trinity, and how right it is, in spite of being so mysterious to conceive of.

God's spirit

There are three manifestations of God (the ways He chooses to reveal Himself to man): Father, Son and Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is the part of God that seals Christians unto salvation and then abides spiritually within them to enable them to live lives for God and Christ.

thew "holy ghost" is a phrase that the roman catholic church used in order to replace th truth of YAHWEH'S HOLY NAME, HIS SON'S HOLY NAME, & HIS LAWS, which contain the full plan of YAHWEH for mankind! The phrase "holy ghost" is excepted by superstious thinkers who beleive that YAHWEH exists in 3 persons. It is also close in thought the phrase "holy spirit". Here is where we can begin to find the truth. (Note: One must set aside the false teachings of the church in order to hear the true words that are coming from the holy scriptures, for the church rejects the laws of YAHWEH in order to follow church traditions & their own man made laws). cf. Romans 7:12, 14 " Therefore the LAW is HOLY, and the COMMANDMENTS are HOLY, and JUST, and RIGHTEOUS,cf deut. 6:24-25;- For we kow that the LAW IS SPRITUAL!" Look at the phrase "holy spirit" once again! Note that both word refer to YAHWEH'S LAW! How does this relate to YAHWEH'S COVENANT with mankind? cf. Hebrews 8:8-12; " *******<10, I will put MY LAW in theri inward parts, and write it in theri hearts; minds, and I will be a FATHER to them & they will ble MY PEOPLE! ******" cf. also Hebrews 10:16-17 "This is the convenant that I will renew with them after those days, says YAHWEH, I will put MY LAWS into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them: then HE say, Their sins & iniquities I will remember no more!" So, here YAHWEH reveals to us that when HE awakens us & calls us to HIMSELF HE places an awareness in our hearts & minds that we are so love & keep & up hold & obey the precious LAWS of YAHWEH! This is HOLY SPIRIT, even YAHWEH'S LAWS in our hearts & minds!!!! For YAHWEH HIMSELF lives by HIS OWN LAWS, YAHSHUA MESSIAH set us the perfect example of love in KEEPING THE LAWS of HIS FATHER, and now we are to keep those same LAWS, whick when done, will lead all to UNITY of the FAITH!!! I understand that this has nothing at all to do with anything that you have ever heard in church! You r preacher simply doesnot have YAHWEHS HOLY SPIRIT, & therefore does not know nor understand the truth! Please don't take offense at this, the preacher probably means no harm, he simply doesn't have it. We are commanded in YAHWEHS LAW to seek out the place where YAHWEH HAS PLACED HIS NAME & AUTHORITY, THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH, located in Abilene, Texas, founded by Pastor Yisrayl Hawkins!!!! May YAHWEH GUIDE & KEEP YOU!
