Some kind of turtle paste, 龟=turtle 膏=paste but I can't read the middle character (芩) for sure but maybe salt marsh plant?. Chinese or Taiwanese I'm guessing. Sounds delicious, whatever it is!! J/k, it's probably some kind of medical paste, although people do eat turtles in Taiwan, China and East Asia so enjoy whatever you're going to do with it!

Woah, ok, apparently its some kind of food eaten by emperors back in the day, but now it's pretty widely available in China/Taiwan. Good for "chi" and various body functions, so they say. Enjoy!

It's translated with translation as Turtle Paste

It's a black jello, kinda like Grass Jelly, but it's more bitter. Eat it with honey or sugar water.

People call it turtle paste, though I do not think it's made from turtles.

I eat it just cause it's good, but it's used for herbalism in some places.
