Your admin sep was either for a "medical condition not equating to a disability", in which case if you correct the condition, then maybe you can re-join. Or it was for convenience of the Govt... which again maybe...
The important thing is, what reenlistement code did you get? On your DD-214... if it says
RE-1, (that is good) or RE-4 (you ain't getting back in)... RE-3 (maybe but gonna be tough!)

I have never heard of that sort of separation. I was in the Navy for 8 years. We had one guy that was almost separated for being claustrophobic and that was about the strangest I had seen. But it made sense, since during General Quarters on a ship, you are locked in a hole somewhere in the dark, and someone is depending on you.
Fear of flying...if it is severe enough that you got separated, I would say you have no chance of getting back into any service. The first poster here is correct, you will have to fly at some point..

Joining the military is not that easy. I requires strong will, perseverance and determination to survive trainings and so with the responsibilities you gonna have after you surpass the challenges of it. And one factors for you to surpass is pushing yourself beyond your limit. Fear of flying is easily overcome... Just conquer yourself and being into the military service that would be no hard... Just keep in mind you are in the military and what's the use of it if it ain't no help with you... Anyway, you've been separated from the service and wanting to join the reserve force? Why not!

you're positioned up isn't entirley sparkling proper to the small print that are substantial to the region, so i will do the excellent i'm able to with some generalizations right here. I spent it sluggish after the grunts sitting in an workplace and ADSEPing Marines who cherished cocaine somewhat greater desirable than a Marine ought to, amoung different issues :D. at first - if he has a cutting-edge prognosis of anger/melancholy and clearly has the wellbeing facility archives to lower back it up, he may well be eligable for a scientific discharge from provider - that's *in lots of cases* plenty greater effectual than an ADSEP. 2d - what reason did the commander provide for his ADSEP? I recommend to assert - have been there different issues in contact together with his preformance in the militia with the aid of fact of his condition? grow to be he getting into hardship together with his unit plenty or no longer achieving his orders or something like that? if so - they are able to ADSEP him for quotes like that, somewhat in the event that they have a paper path of disciplinary action to lower back it up. it is undesirable - yet he may well be waiting to combat that if he can show his condition grow to be a determinative element in his strikes. Conversley - there is an ADSEP technique reported as "convenience of the government," which extremely quantities to a command understanding that there is a situation with the servicemember which precludes him/her from added provider, yet that it would not meet the standards for a MEDSEP, nor a punitive discharge. it isn't any longer unavoidably a foul element, it is merely a element. right this is the base line - if his command needs him long previous, he's going to be long previous faster or later, so the venture for you is to substantiate that he separates with the excellent attainable categorization of provider. call your base criminal workplace and function him seek advice from a militia attorney there, your superb wager thus, from what i've got study, might probable be to ask for a scientific discharge with the aid of his psychological condition. you could email me in case you have greater particular questions you do no longer want to ask right here, yet i'm hoping this enables a splash.
