Hardness of the steel depends on the carbon content and other alloying additions and the section size, heat treatment process etc. Steels of similar composition and hardness are available almost in all countries of the world and are governed by national and international standards.

It has to be Sweden. The best high speed steel drill bits, lathe cutting knives etc are all coming from Sweden.

try japan or germany..russia might be a cnadidate...some say the planet saturn has some cold metalloids i dont know...but just see the former....
