No it is not OK.
"You have heard that it was said, 'Do not commit adultery.' But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.

Well, lust is a sin. So, fooling around is a dangerous pratice especially when you are starting to understand just what chastity is and how it leads to holiness and true love.
Chastity leads to great rewards, not only increasing self control but it teaches what love is really for and the sanctity of marriage. Hey, but no one is perfect! Love is the fulfilment of law.

What do you mean by fooling around? Kissing? Yeah, i guess that's okay. But once it goes beyond that, it is either sex outright or sex practically. Just get married to avoid the guilt. That's what i did and life has never been better. Now i can do it in all those exotic positions that require lubrication and i don't even feel like i have to pray to Jesus afterwards.

You gotta get in that before you get married man....What if its no good, you cant return it. This ain't WAL-Mart. The people that started the whole "waiting to get married" were either fat or stupid and nobody wanted sex with them so they came up with the excuse that they were waiting for marriage. Just so they didnt have to feel rejection this way it seemed like it was their choice. But I would bet that most of these pigs couldnt get raped in a prison!!

Sort of. I believe fooling around before marriage is fine, as is sex before marriage.

I don't see anything wrong with having premarital sex as long as it's not taken lightly. Being in a serious relationship, having feelings and being committed at least in the time is just fine by me. Fooling around is even more of a risk because you can't always stop. So don't just fool around with anyone you please and expect to be able to control yourself with the snap of a finger.

It depends. Do you know that adolescent rumaspringa (literally, fooling around) is a constant in Amish culture?

I think premarital sex is fine IF you are in a loving, committed relationship.
Sex is a very important thing and I don't think it should be taken lightly.
So, it depends on the situation. :)
Good luck, be safe, and have fun.

The way I look at it, you wouldn't buy a car without test driving it first right?
But a car you can sell. You are going to be married forever. And take my word for it, sex is a big part of marriage and when it sucks, it really sucks.
When I married my first husband I thought it didn't matter, love would get me through everything. Until I cried every time we had sex!
