its pretty simple.. just dont ever bite!!!!!!! haha anyways you have to keep your hand on it so it doesnt like wiggle everywhere and than you go up and down, but give pressure as you get to the top... and to turn them on alottt you can use the tip of your tongue and go from the bottom to the top, do it very like sexyy . good luck to your friend :]
