I hiccup a lot after eating Bread, what is this from and why only bread? If I eat pizza it doesn't do it, hamburger without bun it doesn't do it, or pasta it doesn't do it, etc. So why when I eat like sandwiches on bread, and like hamburgers on bun do I hiccup a bunch afterwords?

The yeast in the bread released carbon dioxide during the process of it rising and baking, and some of it is still in there. Ingesting that is probably what is causing you to hiccup.

My best guess is that for some reason you are not chewing thoroughly enough. Next time try deliberately chewing the bread until it's pretty well disintegrated and see what happens.
