How can I apply directly on-line for VISA to get Italian Visa on the new scheme they have introduces?

According to the Paper news items the Italian Government has opened a new scheme to issue a quota system( on line )of Visa to many countries from the 1st Of December till the 15th Of December. The website they have given is www.interni.it, but in that there is no section for this. Can some one please let me know how this could be done. Babujee

Apply online if it is acceptable but be careful because it might be a scam.

You should have told readers what nationality you hold first. Once in Italy you cannot change status. If you entered as a tourist or visa waiver? As a tourist you cannot get a job. Same for visa waiver.
