The first girl got it right: Complete lack of inhibition. Man, I tell you, girls who just go for it, those girls are angels from heaven. ;)
And experience helps a lot too.
This is all what I look for in a girl, so if you're a straight woman, this may not be the most helpful post. But those two things supersede any 'magical technique' or 'massage' or whatever some girls brag about.
Incidentally, the best girls I've ever been with are the most confident and well rounded girls outside the sack too. I have this theory that its not a coincidence.

It depends on what the other participant likes. One may think you are lousy while one my like your abilities. Whatever floats their boat!!

Complete selflessness. If he is focussed on pleasing you and not himself and you are completely focussed on pleasing him and not yourself then you will both be extremely satisfied.
