My tummy is slightly upset, my muscles are a little stiff, my nose is a little runny, I have a little (but still annoying) headache.....
Is there a way to "reset" my system so I feel better?
Ps- it is that time of the month with is probably not helping, and it is cloudy here which is depressing...
Like does eating yogurt help or skipping a couple meals or something like that? It is a bad weekend to go hiking or something- very rainy.
