Of course you can adopt!
FYI I hated the whole idea of giving birth to.
and...that unassisted birth cult is insane! I could (maybe) see it if it was your 4th or 5th child but to recommend 1st time around, WTH?

Absolutely. You may still adopt if you are physically able to have children.
Depending on how you want your adoption to to be arranged there are conditions you must meet. Some programs insist you be married or partnered. Some say you must have a certain amount of money in the bank for the child.
You sound rather young, so there is plenty of time for you to look into all the details about adopting.
For now just know that there are many children in this world who are in need of a loving family and provider. Rest assured that even though adopting can be difficult and take some time, there will certainly be a child out there for you when you are ready.

There's nothing scary about childbirth. It's a natural occurence. Women do it all the time so you should be no different. If you're scared of the pain get an epiduarl. You shouldn't be scared of childbirth, if you are, maybe you're not ready to have kids right now, but it doesn't mean in the future you won't be ready.

Yes you can adopt, however I reccomend you getting some help for your fear of childbirth. With the quality of pain meds in our time, most women who choose them feel very little if any real pain!

Yes yes of course. I mean, I'm not sure you'd be a top priority on the adoption list because you CAN have children versus other women who can't, but you definitely can adopt. I'm adopted, so I think it's a great idea ;)

come to www.unassistedchildbirth.com/forums and discuss exactly what it is your fearing. Unassisted birth is SO much less tramatic then the "drag em' out" approach hospitals take.
Hope to see you there.
oh and refering to UC as a cult and saying a "first UC is insane" is ridiculous and grossly uneducated. Pick up a book, actually pick up a medical journal, educate yourself before you spew your non-sense. It will help keep you from looking like an *** when you speak of something that you obviously know nothing about. What a narrow mind you have. Continue to open wide and be spoon fed, I choose otherwise.

Yes, you are. Of course you are able to adopt if you can have your own child. People over the age of eighteen are allowed to adopt children.
