Well i think that's neat that you want to join the U.S millitary even though your not from the U.S.
Well if i were you... I wouldn't just wait for them to approve because what if takes longer than you think it will.
And it also depends on how long you have been waiting.
Go to college or do whatever else you want to do and if the opportunity comes than... Go for it!

i'm no longer likely to flat out say Marines, or military. i'm a Marine so i would be somewhat biased in this answer. yet do whats real for you. look into each branch and notice what they furnish and what is going to help you on your existence.. I actually might merely bypass Marines if i grow to be you. have been plenty greater expert approximately how we do issues ( instructed you im biased) and you would be greater respected. even if all of it comes right down to what you want.. yet in lots of cases Arabs connect the army with the aid of fact they're lazy

You can join any branch with out being a citizen. In last months Marine Corps Gazette there was an article about Marines in Iraq getting there citizenship. I don't know what kind of papers you need though if any in todays political climate concerning immigrants. Call the local Marine recruiter, or just go in for a visit.

I say u do what ever ur heart desires. You can fight for the country you were raised or mostly lived. The true thing is if u really need ur benefits and u wouldnt get any. I would not attend the army but many people think many thoughts and have many emotions but u do what u think is right

I don't think the Marine Corps will take you without citizenship, but I've known people who got their citizenship while in the Army. They have a ceremony every month. You should get the same benefits, but you can't work any MOS that requires US citizenship.

You can't join the U.S. military at all without some sort of citizenship. You will definitely have to wait for your green card or start down a different path.
