ok my boyfriend and i were dating for 3 years...recently we just broke up...im kinda bummed about it..and obviously we both still care about eachother..we talk on the phone sometimes and sometimes it seems we might get back together...but for christmas i wanted to get him something special to let him know that i want us to work things out..HELP!

ok guys i understand that BUYING something is not going to get him back...thats not what im askin at all..mah boyfriend is far from shallow...but i want to do something special and then we can talk...get it?

tell him how you feel.
go back to the first place you met / dated and talk it out.

Girl....Move on!!! You broke up for a reason. And when you do that you just have to move on and lose him as a contact otherwise you will still want him and will have not much luck. Gifts are not gonna make anything better the problems will still arise. What will you say then? "Oh, well i thought buying you the wii would have taken care of our issues"
Don't put yourself out there like that. There a many fish in the sea. You are stronger than that!!

Sweety, understand that buying him something won't get you guys back together. So if you give him anything, give him something homemade or get him something sentimental. Something that will bring up memories when everything was good between the two of you. Be sure though that you want him back. You guys broke up for a reason.

maybe a picture frame with a picture in it of you guys at some really memorable event you both attended. Or showing some joke that you both understand but no oen else does

Don't go too far out, you don't want him to think your being desperate, big turn off! Let him know how you feel , see if he feels the same. If it turns out he doesnt at least you can be done with it and move on.

just tell him if you want to work things out...screw the "special" gift..but if you do get him something...keep the reciept and wait to see if he gets you anything special....if not return it
